Incorporated in 1976, the fame conquered by its hydraulic concrete breakers helped Indeco rapidly climb to the top of global demolition market. Since 2003 the company has met market demand by expanding its product portfolio by introducing new hydraulic equipment, most of which specifically dedicated to recycling, designed and made by Indeco with the high quality standards that have made its hydraulic hammers famous.
Fixed IFP and rotating IRP concrete crushers
Top among the new hydraulic attachments alternative to Indeco’s hydraulic hammers made in the new millennium, the fixed (IFP) and rotating (IRP) concrete crushers are made with HARDOX®, ultra-resistant special steels, which enable them to withstand strong pressure, wear, abrasions and long service life under any condition of use, including primary demolition of buildings, vertical structures, floors, slabs and perimeter walls as well as recycling carried out by separating concrete from the reinforcing bar. Their peculiar shape allows to increase the consistency and effectiveness in the crushing action and reduce working time and the stresses transmitted to the excavator. The “regeneration valve” of the hydraulic system determines a faster vacuum closure of the movable jaw, so as to apply the whole available force only during the crushing of the material, enhancing productivity. The option of adjusting the “gap” between the blades within the jaws allows for an excellent cutting of the reinforcing bar, while the interchangeable teeth of the movable jaw are crucial to an ever excellent penetration in the material to be demolished.
IMP Multiprocessor
The utmost versatility of use is the main characteristic of the multiprocessor Indeco IMP an ideal tool for those in need of a tool suitable for the various application conditions in demolition and recycling. As a matter of fact, the various tool kits, may be used on the same machine in the various configurations of the demolition hammer, crusher, shears and Combi Cutter. The use of HARDOX® ultra-resistant special steels makes its structure indeformable and suitable for long service life under any condition of use. In particular, for the recycling activity, it is used in the “shears” configuration, whose distinctive features resemble those of Indeco ISS shears such as shearing shapes, configurations of the blades and the exclusive engraving system. Also the new Combi Cutter jaws are ideal in demolition and recycling and recycling of reinforced concrete, given that they are provided with two interchangeable toothed plates and extended blades to facilitate the cutting of the reinforcing bar.
ISS Shears
Indispensable tools for those who work in the scrapping and recycling sectors, the Indeco ISS shears stood out for their innovative design, extraordinary strength and leading-edge technical solutions that significantly enhanced their performance. The continuous rotation hydraulic system, allows the shears to always operate in an excellent position, while the wide opening of the jaws, the swiftness in the opening and closing cycle and the unprecedented cutting power, ensure speed and effectiveness in all metal structure demolishing and recycling operations. The use of HARDOX® special steels makes the ISS shears resistant and reliable. Each single cutter is designed with four cutting surfaces and it can be rotated three times before being replaced.
IRC rail cutters
The latest in the range of Indeco products intended for recycling ferrous materials, the new IRC rail cutter shears are specifically designed for cutting railway, tramway and underground railway tracks. The particular design of their jaws, together with the efficiency of the hydraulic system and the strength of the HARDOX® special steel machine body, enable to cut rail tracks weighing up to 75 kg of mass per metre, with hardness up to 300 Brinell in the various standards present in EU, USA and Asian countries.
IMG Series Multi Grabs
